Kit L-IW provides you with freedom from wires to the bike or between rider and passenger. Independent VOX with 5 Aux connections per hub (10 in total) provides you with your choice of optional bike-to-bike, GPS, plus independent phones and independent stereo music etc. You can even add an optional plug-in stereo Bluetooth module to each hub if required. A mode selector switch lets you share your hubs Aux 2, 3 and 4 audio with the other hub if preferred.

• Do an incredible job of picking up your speech while rejecting the maximum amount of undesirable ambient helmet noise.

• Independent tuned active noise reduction filters with speech boost
• Work together with the noise canceling microphones to ensure even less noise is amplified through the system or speakers (typically rejecting 99% noise at 70mph and 95% at 100mph), while also boosting speech for optimum high speed clarity and use up to 180mph.

• Independent rider and passenger voice activation circuits (I-VOX)
• Independent VOX sensitivity controls for each user reliably turns each microphone 100% off while not speaking to ensure that ZERO noise is amplified through the speakers. This not only reduces riding fatigue but also means that all other audio such as bike-to-bike, GPS, phone and stereo music etc are completely free from any additional amplified noise.

• Gives you the benefit of letting you hear your own voice clearly which helps you to naturally speak at the correct level according to varying helmet noise conditions, and this avoids unnecessary shouting that non-side-tone products normally suffer. Side-tone also provides you with important audio confirmation of correct VOX set-up and use, which improves rider to passenger communications as well as hands free voice activated bike-to-bike radio use. What you hear you know they will be hearing. Without side-tone you simply cannot know this.

• Full duplex
• Allows both rider and passenger to speak naturally and freely and at the same time, either to each other or while on the phone. With full duplex there is no need to wait for a break, or “over!” Important local information can be communicated instantly and effortlessly at all times, e.g., “watch out for that truck” etc., even while using any other inputs. Important rider-to-passenger communications are never interrupted or lost while using any other features.

• Independent rider and passenger master volume controls
• Lets you manage the sound levels independently to each headset, making it ideal for use with or without earplugs or any combination. Each control is color coded for easy identification at a glance.

• The digital wireless link
• Uses one of the very latest digital Bluetooth devices, which has been recoded to work as a hub-to-hub wireless link. The wireless link is full duplex so that both rider and passenger can speak at the same time. Unlike many other wireless products, for safety reasons, this system is purposely designed so that you can use all the available features at the same time without losing the important rider-to-passenger link. The digital link is also designed so that a bike-to-bike radio can be connected to either hub and used by both people at a time. Also, if you prefer, you can set either hub so that it can share its normally independent Aux connections with the other user.

• When you register your new product details directly to the UK factory using the reply form on the back of the instruction manuals or via email within 14 days of the original purchase date.

All returns must be authorized by an employee of California Sport Touring, Inc. and accompanied by a copy of the original purchase receipt or web purchase confirmation.
NOTE: Authorized returns will be issued a return authorization number which must be clearly written on the outside of the return package(s) and on your included paperwork. Please include a note explaining the reason for the return.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including: any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery - any item such as windshields, books, manuals, CD's, VHS tapes, etc. that have their original protective plastic wrap removed - any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts - any product missing it's serial number or UPC - any items that are in sealed packages and the package seal has been broken.

Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee with a minimum fee of $7.50.
We will waive the restocking fee and pay for the applicable shipping if we made an error in filling your order or you received a defective product - defective products will be repaired or replaced according to manufacturers policies.

All returned/exchanged items must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging material. Items must be sent back to our store at 636 Alfred Nobel Drive, Hercules, CA 94547.

The issuance of a return authorization number does not automatically assure that a credit will be issued. Items not meeting these requirements will be returned to the customer and no exchange or refund will be issued.

RETURNING A GIFT? If the item you are returning was not designated as a gift when purchased or if it was not shipped directly to you, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account for use on a future purchase. Please note, the original expiration date will still apply. If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. If you return an item that was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you from California Sport Touring, you will receive a refund for the value of your return in the form of a check. The refund will be mailed to you at the same address to which the order was shipped.
